Welcome to the Indiana State Library credit card payment portal. From here, you are able to make credit card payments towards fines and fees assessed by the Indiana State Library.

Please have your Indiana State Library Invoice Number ready to locate your Invoice. Generate Invoice will allow invoices to be generated either for an individual patron or for a list of email addresses (up to 30). Track Invoices allows reports to be generated, as well as any adjustments that may need to be made to a particular Invoice. Invoices recorded as Paid by Credit Card only allow the assigned Division to be changed. Manage account details or change password.
